The Giffoni Film Festival celebrates its 40th year and is still feeling young. The 2010 edition has been announced as the most formidable by Claudio Gubitosi, art director of the review dedicated to teenagers cinema. Claudia Pandolfi, the beloved Giulia Corsi of TV show Distretto di Polizia, opens the festival. Open doors for the guest stars Susan Sarandon and Samuel Jackson, the unforgettable preacher-killer in Pulp Fiction. The successful experience of the Masterclass continues this year with the great Italian directors Giuseppe Tornatore and Pupi Avati, who will confront themselves with the young public. Many exciting previews: from Disney’s The Sorcerer's Apprendice to the first minutes of Winx Club 3D – Magica Avventura directed by Igino Straffi in theatres in October. Among the most awaited comedies of Century Fox, Sansone, the funny dog, and the popular Shrek – The Final Chapter. Monica Bellucci, Nicolas Cage and Alfred Molina star in National Treasure directed by Jon Turteltaub, première in Giffoni. The juries formed by teenagers and children from all over the world will choose their favourite film of the year. This and much more at the GFF.
